I would rate my physical well being at a 7. I am never really satisfied with my physical condition. Dont get me wrong I am not a person that is heavy over weight and or out of shape completely. I do however believe that there is always something that can be improved upon and I always strive to be better. Lately I have also not been doing as much of the working out that I really hold to a high priority in my life so I feel that I am not in as good of shape as I am capable of achieving. To improve this area I should work out at least 6 times weekly for about 45 minute and increase my cardio training a lot.
For the spiritual aspect of my life. I would say that I am at a 9. I am really happy and at a place in my life that I feel I could not be anymore lucky. The thing I feel that I could do to improve this area is to just try and go to church weekly. This is something that I have been lacking since I joined the Navy. Its hard to find a good church when you are constantly up rooting your life. This also goes for my psychological well being.
To develop these areas I will set some goal:
Physical- run at least three times weekly and lift weights the other 3 days.
Spiritual-try and attend some of the local church services
Psychological- Make sure that I am at peace and if I experience conflict...try and find balance again as quickly as possible.
I could implement a regular physical activity calendar and make sure that I journal about the things that I have done physically daily. This will help me keep track. Also making sure that I take a time out daily to meditate and clear my mind should help with the spiritual and psychological aspect.
